In Belgium the North Sea Camp 2008 took place. A Shinkyokushin karatecamp in Oostende. The trainings are usual on the beach which gives a karateka a n [more...]ice feeling with the elements during hard trainings. I like this camp very much; the organisation is very good, accommodation is perfect, food is nice, trainings have a lot of variety and there is always an interesting instructorline-up. This year they managed to have the worldchampion as one of our instructors. Time for an interview mixed with some footage of the camp!
